We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened box, with original packaging and original tape unopen. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the box has been opened or the product has been assembled you will not be eligible for return, only the warranty period will apply.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we always select signature required on all shipments, but it is then up to the discretion of the carrier and individual driver to obtain the signature. We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered to the recipient. If a carrier delivers the package to the destination, and has any type of Proof of Delivery, then it is deemed a successful delivery. After that, the item is considered the buyer’s property, even if they are not home and did not sign for the package. It is the buyer’s responsibility to protect the item from theft after delivery. 

We highly recommend tracking your package with the tracking information we provided and make arrangements with the shipping company to be present to receive your item.
